1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) regulate all purchases made through ebash.eu , operated by SHABBASH PRINTING OÜ, registry code 17370557.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
1.3. The Seller may update these Terms when necessary. The valid version is always the one published on the website.

3. Products
3.1. All products sold on the website are new and described as accurately as possible.
3.2. Product colors may vary slightly depending on device settings — this is not considered a defect.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to change product availability at any time.
4. Prices
4.1. All prices are listed in euros (EUR).
4.2. Prices include VAT if the Seller is VAT-registered.
4.3. Shipping costs are added to the final price and shown at checkout.
4.4. The Seller may change prices without prior notice. Changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
5. Ordering
5.1. Orders are placed through the website by following the checkout instructions.
5.2. After the order is placed, the Buyer receives an automatic order confirmation.
5.3. The sales contract enters into force once the Seller confirms the order.
6. Payment
6.1. Accepted payment methods include:
• Bank link payments,
• Bank transfer,
• Visa/Mastercard,
• Other payment methods provided at checkout.
6.2. Orders are processed after the payment is successfully received.
7. Delivery
7.1. Shipping is handled by Omniva / Itella SmartPost / DHL / OTHER if needed.
7.2. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
7.3. Orders are dispatched within [ 1–3 business days] after payment confirmation.
7.4. Once the package is handed over to the shipping provider, responsibility for any loss or damage transfers to the Buyer.
8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
8.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
8.2. Returned items must be clean, unworn, undamaged, and include all original labels and packaging.
8.3. Items must be packed securely for the return shipment.
8.4. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless stated otherwise.
8.5. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned items are received and inspected.
8.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• custom-made items,
• underwear, swimwear, socks, or similar items once opened for hygiene reasons.
9. Exchanges
9.1. Exchanges are possible if the desired size or item is available.
9.2. Exchange procedures follow the same rules as returns.
10. Claims & Product Defects
10.1. If an item appears defective, the Buyer must notify the Seller at [FILL IN] as soon as possible and no later than 2 years from purchase.
10.2. The Seller is not responsible for defects caused by improper use, washing, storage, or normal wear.
10.3. If a claim is justified, the Seller will repair, replace, or refund the item.
11. Personal Data
11.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy published on the website.
11.2. Data is collected for order processing, delivery, customer communication, and legal compliance.
11.3. The Buyer may request deletion of their data unless the law requires further storage.
12. Website Use
12.1. The Buyer agrees not to disrupt or attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security.
12.2. All website content — including images, logos, text, and design — belongs to the Seller and may not be used without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. The Seller is not liable for:
• delays or errors caused by third-party service providers,
• indirect damages or lost profit,
• personal expectations regarding fit, color, or style not matching the final product.
13.2. The Seller’s maximum liability is limited to the value of the Buyer’s order.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1. The Seller and Buyer will first attempt to resolve disputes through communication.
14.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes are handled in Harju County Court under Estonian law.
14.3. Consumers may also apply to:
• the Consumer Disputes Committee (TTJA),
• the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
